Hi!!! This is the official private payment page of #utopYA2015. This page is for authors who have already committed to participating in the full experience of the con in some way — either as an exhibitor or as an attendee. Please do not share this page publicly.

Spots are limited. Please pay for your table now. You have until January 31st, 2015 to pay. After January 31st, we will consider opening up the signing to other authors. Spots go FAST, so grab your table NOW.

bookemWe are thrilled to be partnering with local non-profit BOOK ‘EM in this. The signing is free for fans who donate a book, or only $5 without a book. All donated books and admission fees will go directly to them to help them with their two-part mission: to get books to children and teens in lower-income families who might not otherwise have books of their own; and providing volunteer readers to local pre- and elementary schools.

Morning Signing 11 AM – 1 PM

Lunch is from 1-2 PM

Afternoon Signing is from 2 PM – 4 PM

GRAND BALLROOM – Millennium Maxwell House Hotel – Nashville, TN

Space size is 3′ (three feet). Please encourage your fans to purchase your books before the signing/con and bring the books with them to the signing. While we do have a major book retailer on site, they have very limited quantities. If your books are not sold through major retailers, we’d still ask that you encourage your fans to buy your books beforehand to make the signing run more smoothly. If you do decide to have books for sale, you are responsible for all monies and inventory. And please, be mindful of the flow of the crowd and the time you have.

The cost of the table is $20 per person. You may only buy ONCE. Grab your spot before January 18, 2015.

REFUND POLICY: Refund minus processing fee available for 60 days from purchase or until April 30, 2015, whichever comes first. After 60 days, you may receive a 50% refund until April 30, 2015. Absolutely NO REFUNDS after April 30th. Thank you for helping us make utopYA amazing for all!** lunch will be on your own from 1-2 PM unless you purchase the table + lunch package. If you purchase the table + lunch package, sandwich lunches will served in Maxwell’s.There will be TWO signing sessions. The morning session starts at 11 AM, and the afternoon session starts at 2 PM immediately after lunch. We will be selling two sets of tickets to stagger the attendees so as not to overwhelm you.
