A full refund is available for 60 days from the purchase date. 50% refund from 61-180 days from purchase date. No refunds after 180 days from purchase for any reason.

Pending refund requests are at the sole discretion of UTOPiAcon. No refunds will be issued for any convention prior to the current UTOPiAcon (2017). UTOPiAcon 2017 badges are not transferable for use at any other UTOPiA convention other than the year purchased. Please note that in some cases refund requests may not be processed until after UTOPiAcon 2017.




You may transfer your ticket or badge up to March 31, 2017. Original purchaser of the ticket or badge must notify UTOPiAcon of the transfer, and include the name and email address of the person ticket or badge is being transferred to via email. It must be in writing via email to info @ utopiacon .com.


No transfers are allowed after March 31, 2017 for any reason whatsoever.


UTOPiAcon reserves the right to change its Cancellation, Refund Policy, and Transfer Policy at any time, without notification. UTOPiAcon reserves the right to refuse admission, to refuse service and/or to cancel/revoke your ticket, exhibitor space or badge at UTOPiAcon’s discretion (so please be excellent to each other).


UTOPiAcon International Cancellation Policy: By registering for a paid or complimentary UTOPiAcon badge or exhibitor space, you agree not to re-sell your badge or ticket. In the event that UTOPiAcon determines that you have violated this policy, UTOPiAcon has the right to cancel your ticket(s) or badge(s) and keep any money paid by you. Badges that have been sold or provided by anyone other than UTOPiAcon will not be honored. All badges are the property of UTOPiAcon, and must be relinquished upon request.


You must register an individual name for each badge. If UTOPiAcon determines that you have purchased more than one badge in your name for any day, UTOPiAcon has the right to cancel your duplicate badge(s) and issue you a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
